By accessing or using the Stellwell platform — including our website, mobile applications, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Stellwell.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including attendees, hosts, and visitors. Hosts are also subject to the separate Host Terms of Service, which supplement these general terms.

Stellwell is a curated platform that connects people with wellness events hosted by independent hosts. We are a marketplace — we facilitate connections between hosts and attendees but are not responsible for the events themselves.

You agree to use Stellwell only for its intended purpose: discovering, booking, and hosting wellness and movement events. You must not use Stellwell to:

To use most features of Stellwell, you'll need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All payments on Stellwell are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours. Stellwell does not store your payment card information.

Refund policy: Attendees are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the event start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are at the host's discretion. If a host cancels an event, all attendees receive a full automatic refund.

A non-refundable Stellwell service fee of 5% of the ticket price is added to all paid event bookings. This fee covers platform operations and is separate from the host's ticket price. Service fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Stellwell owns all platform content, design, code, and branding. You own the content you create — your event descriptions, photos, and profile information. By posting content on Stellwell, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

You represent that any content you post does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Stellwell reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

You may close your Stellwell account at any time by contacting us at hello@stellwell.com. Stellwell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or Host Terms.

In most cases we will reach out before taking action. For serious violations — fraud, harassment, illegal activity — we may act immediately without prior notice. If you believe your account was suspended in error, email us within 7 days to request a review.

Stellwell is a platform that connects hosts and attendees. We do not organize, operate, or attend events. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur at events listed on our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellwell's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Stellwell reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify active users and hosts via email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Stellwell platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
