About Stellwell

Stellwell is a curated wellness and movement events platform where you can discover and book unique fitness and wellness experiences in your city — think yoga sessions, run clubs, tennis lessons, breathwork, and more.

Stellwell is currently available on iOS (App Store) in the following countries: United States, Canada and Ghana. Available on the web at stellwell.com. Access to more countries and Android (Google Play) will be available in the next few weeks.

You can find a wide range of wellness and movement experiences hosted by verified local hosts — yoga sessions, run clubs, tennis lessons, breathwork, and much more.

The app has five main sections: Home (browse upcoming experiences, filter by category, see experiences from hosts you follow), Experiences (full list of all upcoming experiences), Inbox (messages between you and hosts, plus broadcast updates), Bookings (your upcoming and past booked experiences), and Profile (your account settings, notification preferences, and personal info).

Account & Getting Started

No — anyone can browse events on Stellwell. You only need an account when you want to book a spot at an event.

Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar. You'll enter your name and email. Once signed up, you can book events and manage your profile from your dashboard.

You can sign in with your email address — a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox. You can also sign in with Apple or Google.

Members can browse and book experiences. Hosts can do everything members can do, plus create and manage their own experiences on the platform.

Go to your Profile page from the navigation menu. You can update your first name, last name, and About Me bio. Changes save immediately.

Go to Profile → Notification Settings. You can toggle push notifications and email notifications separately for bookings, messages, host announcements, and more.

Go to Profile → scroll to Password & Security → Deactivate Account. Please note this permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.

Booking & Payments

Find an event you'd like to attend, open the event page, and click "Reserve Your Spot." For free events this is instant. For paid events you'll complete a secure checkout via Stripe.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Yes — Apple Pay is available at checkout on iPhone.

No — free experiences are always completely free with no fees of any kind.

Paid experiences include a small service fee at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Yes — you can cancel a booking from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the event. Refund eligibility depends on the host's cancellation policy, which is listed on each event page.

For refund requests, reach out to the team directly at hello@stellwell.com and we'll take care of you.

Yes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after booking. You can also view all your upcoming events from your dashboard.

Hosting

As a host you have access to a Dashboard where you can manage your events, view attendees, and track earnings. You can also create and submit new experiences for approval directly from the app.

Apply through the app or website. All host applications are reviewed by the Stellwell team before approval.

Stellwell takes a small platform fee on paid bookings. Free events can be listed at no cost. Full fee details are shared during the host onboarding process.

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Once your payout account is set up, funds are transferred automatically after each event.

Yes — you can edit your event details from the Host Portal. If you need to cancel, contact us at hello@stellwell.com and we'll handle attendee notifications and refunds.

Community & Safety

Every host is reviewed by the Stellwell team before being approved. We look at qualifications, experience, and alignment with our community values before granting hosting access.
