Philly River Flow

Join us every Saturday at 10:30am for flow by the river, enjoy good vibes while we move our bodies! Bring your SPF and yoga mat! Community & donation based yoga at the Schuylkill River banks, 25th & Locust. Same teachers, same hearts!

1. Donation based class. Your donations support our teachers, this program and your friends at the SRDC (Schuylkill River Development Corporation).

2. Please bring your own mat or anything to lay and practice on the grass. Also bring your own water and sunscreen. We suggest a hat and sunglasses as there's not much shade on the grassy area.

3. This is an all levels practice and our teachers will bring their unique styles and instructions to each flow. We encourage you to enhance and grow through your individual practices.

4. If you have any injuries, please let your instructor know before class begins.
